It were the last two golals in the lst six minutes that first equalised the score 4-4 and then brought victory to Pakistan.
Waseem Ahmed’s field goal three minutes from the end clinched victory after captain Sohail Abbas had converted a penalty corner in the 64th minute to neutralise South Africa’s lead in the Pool A contest.
Pakistan with four matches has 7 points while Australia and GB have 7 points after three matches and have an edge over the green shirts so far.
In the two matches today:
Britain plays Australia at 18:00 GMT
