Serena has her eyes well set on to the final to defend her title and has sailed through much too comfortably to the quarters without any challenging game.
She has met Carla Suarez Navarro only twice since they first met at Australian Open in 2010 and on both times, she beat her in almost straight games. They last met at Rome this year when Serena beat Carla 6-2, 6-0 in the fourth round.
Although Carla Suarez Navarro is seven years younger to Williams, but age deos not seem to be a matter of concern when it comes to Williams. She plays like a teen aged and wipes out anyone who threatens her domination of the court and the tennis world.
We do not expect any surprises tonight for Serena.
