Inser plays Roddick in Atlanat Semis | Watch Live Streaming - 21 July

Top seed John Inser, who beat Jack Sock 7-6 (7), 6-4 Friday, plays Andy Roddick Saturday night in the semifinals of the ATP Atlanta.

4th seed Rodick beat Michael Russell 6-3, 6-4 earlier Friday. 

Isner is eyeing the Atlanta final for the third time in succession, if he wins against Roddick tonight. He has lost to Mardy Fish twice in the previous two finals. However Inser would be happy not to find Fish around as the two-time defending champ Mardy Fish surrendered the Atlanta Open tennis crown when an injured left ankle forced him to retire from his second round match.

In the men's singles first round of the ATP Rome, 10th ranked John Isner of USA meets 25th ranked Philipp Kohlschreiber of Germany Monday 14th May 2012 evening.

Both players have only met once two years before at ATP Beijing in 2010 when Inser won 7-6(3) 3-6 6-3.

In the last ten matches played by both players, Inser has lost four times, last time at the hands of M Cilic at Madrid recently 7-6(4) 7-6(3). Philipp Kohlschreiber has also fared the same losing four times, last time too at Madrid at the hands of G. Monfils 7-5 6-7(2) 6-3.

Therefore nothing much can be said in certain terms about the outcome of this first round match between Inser and Kohlschreiber, though seemingly the American is a fvosurite for Monday evening's match.
