In the men's singles second round, 6th seeded David Ferrer of Spain meets 69th ranked Frenchman Benoit Paire at Court 1 of Roland Garros Thursday morning today.
In the first round, David Ferrer proved far too good for Lukas Lacko match at the French Open Tuesday.
Both Ferrer and Paire have met once at 2011 Wimbledon when Ferrer beat Paire 6-4 x3.
David Ferrer has won seven of his last ten matches. He last lost to Nadal at Rome 7-6(6) 6-0.
Paire has also not done that bad, having lost four of his ten last matches. He last lost to E. Roger-Vasselin 6-4 7-6(2) at ATP Nice recently in France.
