China seems to be losing the medal race at Olympics

China seem to be losing the medal race to USA as USA has taken quite a comfortable lead over China in the last couple of days.

With 41 medals, USA is now well ahead of China with 37 golds - a gap unlikely to be bridged as China's complete absence from athletics events and USA's domination in the same has given USA a winning edge over the Chinese.

Britain is also comfortably perched at no.3 position with no fears from Russian Federation which is at no.4

Uzbekistan has left the group of countries with medal and has moved far above with three bronze medals leaving behind now eight countries with one medal - with Tajikistan with one bronze at the end of the medal table.
