The Dakar Rally, that kicked off on 5th of January from Lima, Peru, has completed its six stages and resumes its seventh stage Friday today from Calama, Chile to Salta, Argentina.
In all the distance to be covered in the Stage Seven Friday today varies from 700+ kilometres. The details are as under:

Cars : N. Al-Attiyah (Qatar)
Trucks: G. de Rooy (Netherlands)
The Rally will finish in Santiago, Chile on January 19 after fourteen stages of competition. The 459 vehicles of all type participating in the rally would have covered a distance of 8,500 kilometres when the rally terminates on 19th January.
