South-American tennis player disqualified at AEGON Final for kicking line judge

In a bizarre frustrated mood, Argentine tennis star David Nalbandian kicked an advertisement board placed in front of the line judge and wounding him badly was disqualified from the match for violation of court discipline.

Nalbandian, 30, won the first set on a tie-break but reacted angrily after being broken for the second time in the second set.

Having just lost the seventh game, the Argentinian fiercely kicked an advertising board in front of line judge Andrew McDougall's chair.

Andy Murray loses on Green Grass of home

World no.4 and Britain's no.1 Andy Murray, who failed to make a mark on the red clay of Roland Garros, Paris also lost to French Mahut on his very own green grass of home, Wednesday today at ATP London Queens Tennis / Aegon Championships.

Defending his title for the third time and looking ahead for a hat-trick, the Scot was defeated  6-3 6-7 (4-7) 7-6 (7-1)  by Nicolas Mahut, with a world ranking of 65.

A loss on the grass is not good for Andy, specially when Wimbledon is now just days away, starting June 25.

Towards the end of the match, Murray had offered Mahut with a platter full of six match points, of which the French took the second to defeat the Scot - whitewashing any further hope of Andy's defending his title for the third time.

After his disappointment at the Roland Garros, British no.1 Andy Murray comes back to the green green grass of his homeland to play the ATP London Queens or the AEGON Championships.

Murray straightway goes to the second round after he got a bye in the first and meets French Nicolas Mahut in the second round. Mahut who moves to the second round beating Guillermo Garcia-Lopez 6-4 6-2 on court one on Tuesday afternoon, is all set to give Murray a 'nightmare' start at London.

Mahut has had a good feel of London grass courts as he has been here playing Wimbledon sine 2007. Mahut was also runner up of the ATP London Quens in 2007 against Roddick. As for beating Murray, Mahut seems confident that he can do so as he says "I know I can beat top players on this surface. I believe in myself, I believe in my game."

As for the world no.4 and the defending champion, the Scot returns home for a hat-trick at the AEGON Championships 2012 to heal his wounds of Roland Garros.
