Recently climbed to the top of the tennis world, Novak Djokovic has played sixteen times since he first met Andy at Madrid in 2006 and has won nine times. The last win of Djokovic over Andy was at Shanghai finals when after losing the first set to the British, the Serbiana won the final 5-7 7-6(11) 6-3.

Djokovic had a surprise knock out from teh APris Masters just a week before the ongoing championship at the hands of Sam Querrey - the only loss in his last ten matches. On the other hand, Andy has lost thrice in his last ten matches - the lates being at the hands of Janowics at Paris Masters, jsut like Djokovic.

Since elevation to world no.1, this is Djokovic's first encounter with the world no. 1 aspiring Andy Murray. It is going to be interesting to watch this particular match - don't you thnk so?
