Germany's International Forward Andre Schürrle
The deal has been struck with Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen for hiring the 22 years old forward by the Blues.
Andre Schürrle is set to become Jose Mourinho's first signing since his return as Chelsea manager.
Chelsea's official website has also acknowledged the deal:
Chelsea Football Club and Bayer 04 Leverkusen have reached an agreement for the transfer of André Schürrle, subject to the completion of legal documentation and related matters, including personal terms and passing a medical.
Andre Schürrle 11 goals in 34 league games in 2012-13 for Leverkusen, who finished in the third and final automatic Champions League qualifying place in the Bundesliga.
