from Rome we move ATP Nice, France where 39th ranked Robin Haase from Holland meets 44th ranked Spaniard Juan carlos Ferrero Tuesday today evening in the first round of matches.
Both players ahve come across each other only once at Hertogenbosch ATP UNICEF Open in 2006. The grass court match was won by Ferrero 6-4, 3-6 and 6-2.
Both players have a long list of lost matches in the last ten matches played. Haase has lost four matches, the last being against S. Wawrinka 6-1 4-6 7-5 at Rome in the first round recenly. Ferrero too lost at Rome at the hands of Roger Federer 6-2 5-7 6-1 in the third round, besides losing eix other matches.
Despite the odds and long list of losses, Ferrero is being favoured to win the mtch this evening.
