Both ladies have met twice before in their career at Australian Open 2010 and Wimbledon 2010, each time Serena winning over Kvitova. They last met at Wimbledon 2010 in the semi final when Serena beat Kvitova 7-6(5) 6-2. So it will be worthwhile to watch the quarterfinal match Tuesday afernoon to see whether Serena can prevail upon the defending champion or not.
