Earlier yesterday, Roger Federer moved closer to winning his first title of the year by defeating Germany's Tommy Haas to reach Halle Open final. Federer beat German Tommy Haas 3-6 6-3 6-4 and took revenge of losing to Haas in last year's final.
Youzhny, who has lost all 14 past encounters against Federer, beat Frenchman Richard Gasquet 6-3 6-2. to face Federer in the final yet again for the 15 time.
The men's single Halle final is scheduled for Sunday, 16 June 2013 at 12:00 GMT.
