There are two important matches Monday today: Rafael Nadal, the clay court king plays 25th ranked German Philipp Kohlschreiber and the second between world no.7 Swiss Roger Federer and 22nd ranked Spaniard Tommy Robredo.
This is the eleventh time that Federer is playing against Robredo since they first played against each other at Sydney in 2002 - and in all ten matches Federer won.
But they haven't met since Australian Open 2011 when they played in the fourth round. So the time difference makes it difficult to guess how much Robredo has gained to be a real challenge to already ageing Federer - but then Robredo is just a year younger to Federer. This means both players are in the same age group and Federer with 17 Grand Slam titles should not find difficult to beat Robredo for the eleventh time today.
The match is scheduled for September 2, 2013 at 18:00 GMT at the Arthur Ashe stadium.

Rafael Nadal, the clay court king, marches on the hard courts of US Open and in the fourth round of the championship, the world no.2 meets 25th ranked German Philipp Kohlschreiber Monday tonight at the Arthur Ashe stadium.
This is going to be their 12th encounter since they first met at Australian Open (second round) in 2007. and the Spaniard has won 11 times.
It was only at Halle Germany last year that Nadal was beaten in the quarterfinals by the German.
Nadal this year is on a winning spree as he has not lost any of his last ten matches, while Kohlschreiber has lost four times - the last at Cincinnati at the hands of Federer.The match is scheduled for September 2, 2013 at 23:00 GMT at the Arthur Ashe stadium.
