Manchester United V Reading : Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League - 16 March

Manchester United which comfortably sits on top of the points table meet the Reading in the series of Barclays Premier League football Saturday evening today at Old Trafford.

However, seeing the rating of both the teams, form and fitness, the matchup between Manchester United and Reading looks so hopelessly one-sided that Reading might consider saving themselves the train fare to Manchester and just give United the game.

It may be added that Reading's only competitive win against Manchester United came back in 1927 and have fewer points after 29 games (23) than in either of their previous Premier League campaigns

As for Sir Alex, following Red Devils' 1-1 draw against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday night, he will most likely introduce some fresh faces when Reading visit on Monday.

The likely XIs for Saturday's matchup are as under:
Manchester United (Possible, 4-2-3-1): De Gea; Rafael, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra; Carrick, Anderson; Valencia, Cleverley, Rooney; Van Persie.

Reading (Possible, 4-4-2): Taylor; Kelly, Pearce, Mariappa, Harte; McAnuff, Leigertwood, Akpan, Robson-Kanu; Hunt, Le Fondre.

Referee: Mark Clattenburg

The match is scheduled for Saturday, 16 March at 17:30 GMT at Old Trafford.

Manchester United beat Reading to march into FA Cup Quarter-Finals

So the fears were baseless, specially of Sir Alex as they met the Royals last night.

The Royals which had earlier dumped many major football teams like Arsenal, Tottenham, Newcastle and Sunderland, looked like a threat to the Red Devils too and Sir Alex had warned his team to be beware of the impending threat.

However, the scare turned out to be a hoax as the Red Devils were able to win over the Royals 2-1 and march into the FA Cup Quarter-Finals.

Ferguson made eight changes to the side which earned a 1-1 away draw against Real Madrid in their Champions League last-16 first-leg match last Wednesday, with only David de Gea, Jones and Danny Welbeck retaining their places.

Reading manager Brian McDermott, meanwhile, made six changes, giving in-form striker Adam Le Fondre a chance in the starting line-up.

The first goal came fro Nani in the 69th minutes  from Antonio Valencia's pass. He then crossed for Hernandez to head past keeper Adam Federici in the 72nd minutes - giving a 2-0 clear upper edge over the Royals.

However, the Royals were not all spent as yet as in the 81st minute, McAnuff scored a lone scarier for the Devils. But thereafter, the Red Devils ensured that they kept up with their 2-1 supremacy over the Royals till the final whistle blew.

After the match Sir Alex confided that the last ten minutes of the match were bit 'scary' specially after Royals struck the net in the 81st minute.

Manchester United vs Reading: FA Cup | Watch Live Free Streaming - 18 February

Manchester United meets Reading Monday tonight with trembling legs perhaps.

Why trembling legs? Well Reading have had dumped all major football clubs like the Gunners, Spurs, Villa, Newcastle and Sunderland already - and this makes if not anyone else Sir Alex to be worried about. And it seems that Sir Alex has already warned the Red Devils not to become the latest FA Cup shock Monday tonight.

Reading has recently shown plenty of fighting qualities be stunning major clubs and they may surprise the Red Devils tonight as well.

Roayls tame the Blues with a 2-2 draw

Adam Le Fondre's goals salvaged his team from a losing 0-2 state to a much comfortable 2-2 draw

You can very well imagine the plight of Chelsea's interim manager Benitez who saw his team winning against Reading 2-0, and then at the ended up with a frustrating 2-2 draw when the final whistle was blown.

"It's difficult to explain how we drew this game," said Benitez.

"We did everything to win the game. For 85 minutes we controlled everything and created enough chances to score four or five goals. It is difficult to take."

Third-placed Chelsea looked set to clinch their fifth successive top-flight away win after goals from Juan Mata and Frank Lampard put them firmly in control.

But the Royals turned the tide of the match into their favour as Royals substitute Adam Le Fondre's goals salvaged his team from a losing 0-2 state to a much comfortable 2-2 draw.

Reading boss Brian McDermott praised Le Fondre's goal scoring instincts after the 26-year-old stepped off the bench for the third successive Premier League match to earn precious points in his side's battle against relegation.

"If you have got Adam Le Fondre at your club you have always got a chance," said McDermott.

Manchester City vs Reading Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League - 22 December

Saturday today is an action packed day for the Premier League football matches being played during the afternoon.

From amongst the almost top and the rock bottom selction of match today is that of Manchester City and Reading at the Etihad Stadium — Manchester.

What is so special about today's match is that Mancini celebrates three years in charge with clash against struggling Royals. He has won two major honours in his short tenure at the Etihad and will be looking for a win over Brian McDermott's struggling side to close the gap to Manchester United.

The Royals, sitting at the rock bottom on the points table with just 9 points, have had a bad season. They have yet to win on the road this season, and have managed just one win altogether - a 2-1 victory over Everton in mid-November. And have not picked up a single point since then and have the lowest average of possession (40%) as compared to any other club in England.

This makes predicting the match result much too easy.

The likely opposing sides are as under:

The match is scheduled for Saturday, 22 December 2012, 15:00 GMT at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester.

Arsenal vs Reading Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League - 17 December

8th placed Arsenal takes on Reading from the bottom of the points table at the Madejski Stadium Monday night tonight.
Although the Gunners are favourites for the match, but you can expect Reading to putting in their best to score over the Gunners to make their feable presence felt on the points table and may overtake QPR who are just a point ahead of them at 19th position.

But Arsenal won't let this happen as the last ten encounters with the Royals have been in the Gunners' favour - all of them.

Manchester United beat Reading 4-3 after a well contested match by the Roayls

No one could believe that Reading, sitting at 19th position would dare to challenge the Red Devils sitting on top of the points table when they met Saturday afternoon today.

In fact the Royals stunned the Red Devils when Robson-Kanu scored the first goal right in the beginning in the 8th minute. Thereafter, it was a tit for tat game till it finished.

The Red Devils retaliated in the 13th minutes when anderson scored the equalizer for the Man United. Three minutes later Rooney scored another goal to give a lead to Man United 2-1. But Le Fondre equalized Red Devils upper edge in the 19th minute.

Morrison from the Royals struck in 23rd minute to have an upper edge over the Red Devils 3-2.

-->

However, the Re3d Deveils could not swallow the upper edge from a team which was at the bottom of the points table. And then came two goals in 30th and 34th minutes by Rooney and Persie to take the first half score to 4-3.

However, in the second half, it seemed that both teams have ran out of their steam as the score remained unchanged and the Red Devils finally beat the Royals 4-3.

Although the Red Devils have won, but the Royals  really thrashed them in the first half by scoring 3 goals which perhaps the Red Devils may not have ever thought of. After the match, Manchester United collect another three points and have a total of 36 points, and remain ahead of the Citizens by three clear points.

Manchester United vs Reading Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League: 1 December

The last match of the day Saturday afternoon is laughable: Manchester United form the top of the world with 33 points meet Reading with mere 9 points sitting just a notch above QPR from the bottom.

The Roays' have won just once all season and meeting the Man United could be difficult. Sir Alex Ferguson will expect three points before resting his big guns for Wednesday's Champions League dead rubber against CFR Cluj.

As for the Royals, in 16 meetings in all competitions against the Man United, have won just once and lost eight times, with the sole triumph coming in 1927. They are unbeaten in their last four league home games. If they avoid defeat they will equal their Premier League record of five home matches in a row without a loss, set in January-March 2007.

As for the Manchester United have drawn just one of their past 22 Premier League matches.

1-0 win take Aston Villa out of bottom three

The lone goal by the Villa's Belgian striker Christian Benteke in the 80th minute of the match against Reading Tuesday moved Villa from the bottom three and places at 17th slot on the Premier League's points table.

It seemed the breakthrough would never come, but with 10 minutes to go summer signing Benteke used his physical prowess to climb above Morrison and head in.

Villa had the possession of the ball 52% of the time, but committed 10 fouls as against five by the Reading. They were awarded eight corners as against three to the Reading.

-->

Reading's best chance fell to Hal Robson-Kanu, who had his goalbound shot blocked by Brad Guzan.

In the meanwhile, Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert defended his decision to again leave striker Darren Bent out of his matchday squad.

Watch Live Aston Villa vs Reading Free Streaming | Premier League: 27 November

Today's matches of the Premier League are of the teams struggling at the bottom of the points table. The first match Tuesday evening is between Sunderland (16) and QPR (20) followed by the 18th ranked Aston Villa and 19th ranked Reading just 15 minutes after the first match.

Although the match is important for both teams, Aston Villa captain Ron Vlaar may not be joining the team due to an earlier injury for the Premier League bottom-three clash with Reading at Villa Park.

Needless to say, the match is important for both teams and draw will be of no consequence to the team positions on the points table. But the present state of affairs of both teams is not much conducive, as Reading have taken just two points from six away games since they returned to the Premier League and this fixture's history is very much in the home side's favour. While Aston Villa has not won at home in the league since September.

The team lineup is likely to be as under:
Aston Villa (Possible, 4-4-1-1): Guzman; Lichaj, Lowton, , Clark, Stevens; Westwood, Bannan, Weimann, Agbonlahor; Ireland; Benteke

Reading (Possible, 4-4-2): Federici; Gunter, Morrison, Gorkss, Shorey; Robson-Kanu, Leigertwood, Tabb, McAnuff; Le Fondre, Roberts.

Referee: Lee Probert

Who will win tonight? Well both teams are sailing in the state of form and fitness. But Aston Villa has better prospects as they have won seven of he eight encounters with Reading and all four league games between these teams at Villa Park have ended in home wins. So one can make a guess!!

The match is scheduled for Tuesday, 27 November 2012 at 20:00 GMT at Villa Park.

Southampton v Reading: English Npower Championship - Watch Live Online - 13 April 2012

Tonight Southampton meet Reading - a match that is being considered by some as a potential Championship title decider - but remeber it is Friday the 13th.

For Southamption, travelling to St. Mary may bring good luck as ths good luck is needed to secure them a place for next season, which they last had in 2005.

How are both performing? Well Of the last 38 match-ups, Saints have won only 14, while Reading have won 10. Reading have been been beaten twice in the last 11 matches against Southampton. Their recent two matches have been 1-1 draws.

The Royals too are in good shape and will be chasing their 5th consecutive league win. They have won 14 in 2012 - four more than the Saints.

At St Mary's, Saints have remained unbeaten in seven Championship games, having won four and 3 draws. They are also the top scorers in the division and almost 34% have been scored by Rickie Lambart.

As i said before that today is Friday the 13th - so keeping the fingers crossed, we shall be witnessing a very tight games with both having relative advantages and disadvantages. Southampton will be without midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, who has not recovered from the knee injury picked up against Portsmouth. In the other camp, Reading will be without midfielder Jem Karacan for the top-of-the-table clash.

Both saints and Royals met at St Mary's in 2008/09, when they finished the match in a 1-1 draw. Even their last two matches have ended in draws. So what's for tonight? Watch the match that gets kicked off at 18:45 GMT at St Mary's Stadium.
