Dominika Cibulkova vs Na Li: Australian Open Women Singles Final | Watch Free Live Streaming - 25 January 2014

Australian Open is almost at its end with women singles final being played Saturday, 24 January 2014 at Rod Laver arena between world no.4 Chinese Li Na and 24th ranked Dominika Cibulkova.

This is the fifth time both ladies are meeting with Na Li having 4-0 winning edge over the Slovakian.

Li, who has lost two of the last three finals in Melbourne, got off to a flier in her match against Bouchard but the Canadian stalled her progress in the second set before succumbing 6-2, 6-4.

With top three seeds — Serena Williams, defending champion Victoria Azarenka and Maria Sharapova — all victims of upsets, Li knows she will rarely have a better chance of adding another grand slam title to her 2011 French Open crown.

Radwanska loses - Na Li advances to Australian Open Final

The Australian Open this year has been a comeptetition of great set backs. We have seen top seeded players like Serena Williams, Azarenka, Sharapova, Djokovic, Murray and many more being stunned and ousted of the championship race or even defending their titles of last years.

5th ranked Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland made headlines when she defeated the defending champion and headed to the semis - seemingly making a place for in the final. But this was not to be so.

In today's match Agnieszka Radwanska was defeated by 20th ranked Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia in plain simple sets 6-1, 6-2. Thus ending any hopes of the Polish to move ahead.

However, there is only one player, so far, who is heading to the forward and possibly to be crowned , who has shown cosistancy and resolution" 4th ranked Chinese Na Li - she beat 30th ranked Canadaian Eugenie Bouchard 6-2, 6-4 in today's semi final.

Na Li now meets Dominika Cibulkova in the finals - and possibly winning the tiotle - unless she too is stunned as other top seeded players have been so far by Dominika Cibulkova.

Radwanska white washes Cibulkova 6-0, 6-0 to win WTA Sydney

Oh what a final it was - effortless by Cibulkova and completely one sided.

World no.4 Agnieszka Radwanska from Poland simply outclassed and outscored Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia 6-0, 6-0 in the Sydney International final Friday, today.

It was only a week before that Radwanska won  Auckland. And today, keeping her extreme fitness and form intact as the top-seeded player in Sydney and claimed her 12th career WTA title and her ninth straight match to start the 2013 season.

Her two consecutive wins set her pace for opening the Australian Open starting next week, when she meets Australian qualifier Bojana Bobusic in the opening round.

Radwanska and Cibulkova qualify for WTA Sydney Final

Thursday morning, the two semi finals of the WTA Sydney were played between Kerber-Cibulkova and Radwanska-Na Li.

In the first semi final, Auckland champion Polish Agnieszka Radwanska outscored the 2011 Sydney champion Chinese La Ni in straight sets 6-3, 6-4.

However in the second semi final between German Angelique Kerber and Slovakian D. Cibulkova the going got tough. Having lost the first set to Cibulkova 2-6, Kerber rebounded and took the second set 6-4.

But 15th ranked Slovak Dominika Cibulkova was in no mood of giving in and finally overpowered the German 6-3 to win the match.

15th ranked Cibulkova now meets world no.4 Agnieszka Radwanska from Poland in the WTA Sydney final, Friday 11 January 2013.
