He is already in this fifth consecutive semis, Murray will face No. 24 6'8" tall Jerzy Janowicz of Poland on Friday.
It may be added that the first semifinals is being played between No. 1 Novak Djokovic of Serbia against No. 8 Juan Martin del Potro of Argentina.
Andy is on a winning streak and has won all of his last ten matches while Jancowicz has lost three matches at Rome, French Open and Halle this year.
Both players do not have a long rivalry on the court as they have met only twice with a 1-1 winning score. However, it was Jerzy Janowicz who beat Murray at Paris in the third round last year when the both met for the 2nd encounter.
So this match is more important for England and Murray to make history if Murray moves on the finals and win against Djokovic - but remember Djokovic beat Murray in the final of Australian Open this year 6-7(2) 7-6(3) 6-3 6-2, which was their last encounter. In fact Djokovic has beaten Murray in their last three encounters - so it would be luck for Murray to move on to the finals and face Djokovic with the support of local crowd to win Wimbledon this year.
But first the results of the semis on Friday.
The match is scheduled for Friday, 5 July 2013 at 14:30 GMT at the Centre Court
