Djokovic plays his Third Round match against Stepanek: Watch Live Free Streaming | Australian Open 18 January

World no.1 and the defending champion Novak Djokovic from Serbia meets 34th ranked Czech Radek Stepanek in the third round match on the Day-5 of the Australian Open at the Rod Laver Arena Friday morning.

Djokovic first met the Czech at Zagreb in 2006 and has since played eight matches against Stepanek, losing only once in the quarters of Rotterdam in 2006. They last met at Wimbledon 2012 in the third round, when Djokovic having lost the first set 4-6, won over the Czech 6-2 6-2 6-2.

Stepanek has been thereabouts for a decade, but has never been past the third round at the Australian Open. It seems difficult to see him going past the irrepressible Djokovic this year too.

The match is scheduled at 03:00 GMT Friday 18, January at Rod Laver Arena.

Quarterfinals Shanghai Rolex Masters 2012 | Watch Live Andy Murray vs Stepanek Free Streaming

Murray has met Stepanek five times before since the first met at Wimbledon 2005 and enjoys a 4-1 winning edge over the Czech. Murray last beat Stepanek in Monte Carlo 2011.

Stepanek has had a bad year so far, losing half of his ten matches played so far. Ironically he also lost to Raonic at Tokoyo as did Murray.

For today's match Murray is the hot spot.

Rafeal Nadal takes on Radek Stepanek: Watch Live Stream

In another interesting third round match tonight, Rafeal Nadal takes on Radek Stepanek.

Tonight Nadal faces 25th seeded Radek Stepanek of Czech Republic. Stepanek has moved into the third round after defeating Tommy Haas 7-6(4), 6-1. Stepanek was broken just once, winning 80 per cent of his first serve points to advance in one hour and 42 minutes.

Both Nadal and Stepanek have met five times before and Stepanek is looking for his first win over Nadal in their tonight's sixth encounter. But can Stepanek win over Nadal?

Well, Nadal is hot favourite and is speculated to win over Stepanek in straight sets. It is very important for Nadal to win - and continue winning to take the title here at Miami this year. Nadal himself says:

"The Latin crowd makes this tournament very, very special - I would love to win one time in my career, but [I've done] well. I played three finals."
