So finally it is - Pakistan touring India after a long time and playing cricket right on the Christmas Day.
Pakistan during their tour of India will play two T20Is and three ODIs from 25 December to 6 January 2013.
The first T20I is being played at 19:00 local time at M.Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore, followed by the second T20I at Sardar Patel Stadium Motera, Ahmedabad on 28 December (the match was initially planned for 27 December but has bee rescheduled due to death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto on 27th December). The three ODIs will be played at Chennai, Kolkata and Dehli.
India and Pakistan sports matches are always like war - as temperatures rise both inside the field and in the spectators stands. India's cricket legend Kapil Deve even acknowledged this mood set. "When I played my first series against Pakistan, it did look like a war," India's 1983 World Cup-winning captain said during a recent TV panel discussion. "In our time, we were expected more to harm the Pakistani players than win a match," quotes The Nation.
However, despite the rivalry, the cricket lovers do want both countries to play more cricket and the present Pakistan tour to India is being viewed with lot of passion and enthusiasm.
