Kim Clijsters is not in her perfect form and has lost three times in her last ten matches. In her last match against U. Radwanska at UNICEF Open recently, she withdrew from the match before it could begin.

Jankovic  has lost five of her last ten matches, three on clay and two on grass.

Wimbledon First Round: Venus Williams vs Elena Vesnina - Free Live Streaming Monday 25 June

Wimbledon Day-1: Roger Federer vs Ramos - Free Live Streaming Monday 25 June

The first match of the First Round on the No.1 Court of the All England Club, London is being played between third seeded Swiss Roger Federer and 43rd seed Spaniard Albert Ramos-Vinolas on 25 June 2012, Monday.

Unable to make history at ATP Halle to win the title for the sixth time, Roger Federer is now eyeing to win the Wimbledon for the seventh time. He also has his sights set high of defeating Djokovic and Nadal, who have been reining the tennis world with him sidelined for long now.

Although he is in good shape, but has lost twice in the last ten matches at French Open and Halle at the hands of Djokovic and Haas. Losing on grass of Halle may be a big set back as it was supposed to be a conditioning event from switching over from red clay to green grass.

Ramos, the left handed player has lost six of his last ten matches, five on clay and last one on grass at ATP Eastbourne (GBR) at the hands of F. Fognini 7-6(2) 6-7(3) 6-2.

Federer reamins the hot favourite for first match of the First Round and hopes to sail through to the finals.

Wimbledon Day-1: Sharapova vs Rodionova - Free Live Streaming Monday 25 June

The second match on Centre Court of the All England Club, London will be played between the recently crowned queen of Roland Garros and top seeded Russian Mara Sharapova and 133rd seeded Australian Anastasia Rodionova on 25 June 2012.

Maria Sharapova who lost the final last year at the hands of Petra Kvitova is in her best form and vows to win the coveted Venus Plate this year. She is hoping to win Wimbledon for the first time since lifting the trophy as a 17-year-old in 2004. 

Sharapova has played against the Australian four times since French Open in 2003 and has clear winning edge of 4-0. They last met at WTA Cincinnati (USA) 2011, when Sharapova beat Rodionova 6-1, 6-3 in the second round.

Sharapova has won all of her last ten matches, though all on clay and may find it difficult to adjust on grass in her first match Monday. On the other hand, Rodionova has lost six of her last ten matches, four on clay and two on grass. She last lost to D. Gavrilova at  WTA 's-Hertogenbosch when she retired after losing 7-6(4) 5-3.

Sharapova should not find Rodionova as a potential threat - rather she should be abe to reach the semis easily, if she remains composed.

Wimbledon Day-1: Djokovic vs Ferrero - Free Live Streaming Monday 25 June

The Wimbledon first round on Monday 25 June starts with a big bang. World No.1 and defending champion Serbian Novak Djokovic opens the Wimbledon with the first match of the first round against 38th seeded Spaniard Juan Carlos Ferrero on the Centre Court at All England Club, London.

Djokovic, who missed completing his four Grand Slma titles at Roland Garros and also from making history for being the third man in the tennis history to have held the four Grand Slams at the same time. Last time someone had the record was 43 years ago in 1969 when Australian Rod Laver had had all four titles with him. Before him, Don Budge won all four men's singles Majors in 1938. But unfortunately Rafael Nadal made history instead by becoming the first player ever to have win the Roland Garros seven times. 

So Djokovic starts afresh and plays Ferrero on the green grass of London after the red clay of Paris. 

Both players have met twice before and each winning once. Ferrero beat the Serbian at ATP Umaq in the second round in 2005 in straight sets 6-4, 6-2. While Djokovic beat the Spaniard in ATP Madrid 2007 in the third round 6-3 2-6 6-4.

In the last ten matches, Djokovic has lost twice at Rome and French Open, both times at the hands of Nadal. Ferrero has had abad start this year as he has lost six of his ten matches. The last time he lost was at french Open recently at the hands of M Clic.

Djokovic is the defending champion and should sail thrugh to all round matches and reach the semis, when the going may go tough.
