Manchester City vs West Ham United : Capital One Cup - semi-final | Watch Free Live Streaming - 21 January 2014

Tonight is a big match you should not miss - the Capital One Cup semi final between Manchester City and West Ham United at Upton Park, Tuesday 21 January 2014.

Tuesday's meeting between the two teams will be the third of the season with the previous two having ended in Manchester City wins, including a 3-1 triumph in east London in the Barclays Premier League back on 19 October 2013.

Already Pablo Zabaleta has called for calm over Manchester City’s prospects of achieving an unprecedented quadruple as the club stand on the brink of confirming a place in the Capital One Cup final.

The Hammers play their second home match in the space of four days having lost 3-1 to Newcastle United in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

With Citizens just one point behind Premier League leaders Arsenal and facing an FA Cup fourth-round tie at home to Watford on Saturday, it appears that the Champions League last-16 encounter with Barcelona next month offers the most serious threat to the club’s prospects of winning all four competitions this season.

As for the match tonight, the Citizens are the hot favourites as they have lost none of their last eight meetings with West Ham in all competitions.

The Capital One Cup, semi-final is to be played between Manchester City and West Ham United at Upton Park, Tuesday, 21 January at 19:45 GMT.

West Ham United v Tottenham Hotspur : Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League - 25 February

The Hotspurs, which are perched beneath the Blues at the fourth position with just a point lesser, that is 48, take on the West Ham United from further below at 13th place with 30 points at the Upton Park Monday tonight.

The Spurs, on a 10-game unbeaten streak, enter the Upton Park tonight  on the back of a 1-1 draw against Lyon in the Europa League, facilitating their qualification to the round of 16 of the Europa League. Moussa Dembele scored a late equalizer to deny the French and keep Tottenham's hopes alive of a trophy this season, having been knocked out of all domestic cup competitions.

For Spurs, this is a must win match as they play host to Arsenal at the White Hart Lane next week, a game which may prove pivotal to Tottenham's top four hopes.

The Hammers will be looking to make the best out of their homes fixtures, having failed to gather any points from their last four games away from Upton Park. They have played only three fixtures at home since the turn of the year and gained seven points from a possible nine, which will be encouraging for Sam Allardyce in his quest to finish in the top half of the Premier League table this season.

The match is scheduled for Monday, 25 February, 20:00 GMT at Upton Park.

Persie's 90th minute goal saves Red Devils a defeat from Hammers

Red Devils, the Premier League table top position holders, are finding it pretty hard to make their presence felt in the FA Cup. And that is exactly it was in their match against the West ham United Saturday.

Persie's 90th minutes goal saves Red Devils from a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Hammers [Getty Images]

Tom Cleverly gave an edge to the Red Devils over the Hammers right in the 23rd minute, but then it was the Hammers hitting the Devils really hard.

-->

Collins was the man from the Hammers, who struck twice in the 27th and 59th minutes and gave Hammers a 2-1 edge over the Man United. From this time onwards both Sir Alexa dfn the Devils looks restless and were almost heading towards a defeat at the hands of the Hammers - had it not been Robin van Persie, who brilliantly controlled Giggs's lofted ball and rifled in for a much needed equalizer for his team.

So for the time being the Red Devils remain in the FA Cup by the skin of their teeth having denied West Ham a famous win.

West Ham United - Manchester United: Watch Live Free Streaming | FA Cup: 5 December

Manchester United takes on West Ham United in the FA Cup match Saturday evening today at Upton Park.

Manchester who are on the table top in the Premier League take a time time out for the FA Cup and meet the West Ham United in the third round of the Cup matches.

Although the Red Devils are the Cup-winners a record 11 times, they have not lifted English football’s oldest trophy since 2004 and have seen Chelsea dominate the competition in recent years, winning four of the last six tournaments.

As for the Hammers, they oisuted the Red Devils from the FA Cup in the fourth round when they met each other in 2001 at the Old Trafford. It was again the fourth round last season, when Liverpool beat the Red Devils 2-1.

So with this precarious record, unless Sir Alex makes some changes and induct some fresh players, their preospects may dim in the FA Cup this season too. Specially so because their ace player Rooney is not available for another two weeks due to knee injury. However, Phil Jones and Nemanja Vidic are set to bolster Manchester United's defence for their FA Cup trip to West Ham.

The likely opposing squads for Saturday evening today are:

West Ham United: Jaaskelainen, Demel, O'Brien, O'Neil, Reid, Tomkins, Vaz Te, Maiga, Noble, Jarvis, Spence, Taylor, Collison, Cole, Lletget, Diarra, Spiegel, Lee.

Manchester United: Lindegaard, De Gea, Jones, Smalling, Vidic, Ferdinand, Evans, Buttner, Evra, Cleverley, Giggs, Fletcher, Scholes, Carrick, Kagawa, Young, Hernandez, Welbeck, Van Persie.

The match is scheduled for Saturday, 5 December 2013 at 17:15 GMT at Upton Park.

Chelsea vs West Ham United: Watch the Matchpack Live Free Streaming | Premier League: 1 December

Seated 10th on the points table with 19 points, West Ham United challenge Chelsea, third on the points table with 26 points in the Barclays Premier League match Saturday afternoon today.

The Chelsea interim manager Benitez will be in no mood this afternoon to lose, as Chelsea have drawn two successive Premier League games 0-0 recently for the first time since September 2004 and any loss would be detrimental to Chelsea's efforts to maintain a winning posture.Already Chelsea's points tally of 26 is their lowest in the Premier League after 14 games of a season since Roman Abramovich bought the club in 2003.

The fact that the Blues have never lost to the Hammers in their last 12 encounters, winning 10 and drawing 2, and the that Chelsea are keeping a clean sheet for the first time since September by remaining unbeaten in their last 10 London derbies, makes them favourite against the Hammers Saturday.

However, if Chelsea fail to win for a seventh game in succession it will be their worst sequence in since Jan-Feb 1995.

The probable lineups are:
West Ham (Possible, 4-4-1-1): Jaaskelainen, Demel, Reid, Collins, O’Brien; Taylor, Diamé, Noble, Jarvis; Nolan; Carroll.

Mark Noble is expected to make his 200th league appearance for West Ham after serving a one-match ban for the midweek defeat by Manchester United.

Chelsea (Possible, 4-2-3-1): Cech; Azpilicueta, Cahill, Ivanovic, Cole; Mikel, Ramires; Oscar, Hazard, Mata; Torres.

Referee: Martin Atkinson

The match is scheduled for Saturday 1, December 2012 at 12:45 GMT at Upton Park.

Tottenham Hotspur vs West Ham United: Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League: 25 November

West Ham, placed at no 7 on the points table with 19 points, visit White Hart Lane to meet the waiting Tottenham Hotspur, sitting a notch below with 17 points, Sunday afternoon today.

Hotspur, though havent played well in their last two matches against Chelsea and Arsenal, have nothing much to worry about the visitors as they have failed to score at White Hart Lane in five successive visits dating back to 2005 and have not won there since 1999.

West Ham too have no reason to show any anxiety as Spurs have lost three matches in succession. The Hammers have showed  battling qualities to come from a goal down to force a 1-1 draw with Stoke City on Monday night and Sam Allardyce’s men will be hoping to add to their points tally when they travel to White Hart Lane to face an out-of-sorts Tottenham.

As for their performance and prospects, Sam Allardyce of West Ham says: "We know we are in a very good position but this run of fixtures could cause us a few problems. I think we will play well and I do not think we will let ourselves down but we could play our best in the next four games and lose all four. If Tottenham, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are all at their best then it is going to be very difficult for us."

Probable team lineup:
Tottenham (Possible, 4-4-1-1): Lloris; Walker, Gallas, Vertonghen, Naughton; Lennon, Huddlestone, Sandro, Bale; Dempsey; Defoe.

West Ham United (Possible, 4-2-3-1): Jaaskelainen; O’Brien, Reid, Tomkins, McCartney; Noble, Diame; O’Neill, Nolan, Jarvis; Carroll.

Referee: Andre Marriner

The match is scheduled for Sunday, 25  November 2012 at 16:00 at White Hart Lane.
