Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester City : Barclays Premier League | Watch Free Live Streaming - 29 January 2014

Manchester City, the visitors to White Hart Lane on Wednesday night tonight are to face fellow Premier League title hunters Tottenham Hotspur.

Over the past six matches, Tottenham have won 16 points from a possible eighteen, a record only beaten by one team: Manchester City.

City, who sit just one point behind League leaders Arsenal, have won 13 of their last 14 games, which includes victories over Liverpool, Arsenal and Bayern Munich.

For tonight's match, City manager Manuel Pellegrini can afford to put out his best against Spurs even with the showdown with Chelsea to come given that five-day spread. And the way the league title race is playing out, Pellegrini really cannot risk anything resembling squad rotation at White Hart Lane anyway.

As for the availability of the key players, Tottenham will again be without Andros Townsend (hamstring), while Erik Lamela is still absent through injury. In the opposing camp, Manchester City are boosted by the news that Alvaro Negredo is fit to play after overcoming a shoulder injury. David Silva is also available following a recent hamstring problem, but Samir Nasri, James Milner and Javi Garcia are all still sidelined.

The English Barclays Premier League match is scheduled to be played between Tottenham Hotspur - Manchester City  on Wednesday, 29 January 2014, kick-off 19:45  GMT at  White Hart Lane.

Citizens rout Spur 6-0 while Cardiff draws match with Devils 2-2

In two interesting matches on Sunday, Manchester City routed Tottenham 6-0 to reassert their title credentials and move six points behind Premier League leaders Arsenal.

Right from minute ONE, the Citizens dominated the Spurs when Jesús Navas scored the first goal. Interestingly, he scored ther sixth goal too in the 90th minute to seal a 6-0 victory over the Spurs.

The other four goals came in 34th minute by Sandro - an OG, followed by one each by Agüero and Negredo inn 41st and 55th minutes.

In the second match 6th placed Devils found it difficult to handle 15th placed Cardiff and ended the match in a 2-2 draw.

Devils opened the accountt in 15 th minutes by Rooney, which was equalised by Campbell in 33rd minute. Evra again let the Devils lead by 2-1 when he scored the second goal in 45th minute.

It seemed from thereafter as if the Devils will not let the Cardiff any more chances to goal and win the match. But Kim was restless as he scored the equaliser in 90th minutes to draw the match 2-2. A great shock for the Devils indeed.

Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester City: Barclays Premier League | Watch Live Free Streaming - 21 April

Manchester City, with 68 points sitting at the second position at the points table below Man United takes on Tottenham Hotspur Sunday at White Hart Lane.

For today's match, the Citizens are being dubbed as the hot favcourites since Tottenham have lost their past four Premier League games with City after losing just three of the previous 27. We may recally that on City's last visit to White Hart Lane they inflicted Tottenham's heaviest home defeat since December 1997.

Even otherwise the City must win today's match - because if the lose United will surely wrap up the championship with a home win over Aston Villa on Monday.

The Possible XIs from both camps are as under:
Tottenham (Possible, 4-4-1-1): Lloris; Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Assou-Ekotto; Dempsey, Parker, Dembele, Sigurdsson; Bale; Adebayor

Manchester City (Possible, 4-2-3-1): Hart; Zabaleta, Kompany, Nastasic, Clichy; Y Touré, Barry; Nasri, Tévez, Milner; Dzeko

Referee: Lee Mason

The match is scheduled for Sunday, 21 April at 12:30 GMT at White Hart Lane.

West Ham United v Tottenham Hotspur : Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League - 25 February

The Hotspurs, which are perched beneath the Blues at the fourth position with just a point lesser, that is 48, take on the West Ham United from further below at 13th place with 30 points at the Upton Park Monday tonight.

The Spurs, on a 10-game unbeaten streak, enter the Upton Park tonight  on the back of a 1-1 draw against Lyon in the Europa League, facilitating their qualification to the round of 16 of the Europa League. Moussa Dembele scored a late equalizer to deny the French and keep Tottenham's hopes alive of a trophy this season, having been knocked out of all domestic cup competitions.

For Spurs, this is a must win match as they play host to Arsenal at the White Hart Lane next week, a game which may prove pivotal to Tottenham's top four hopes.

The Hammers will be looking to make the best out of their homes fixtures, having failed to gather any points from their last four games away from Upton Park. They have played only three fixtures at home since the turn of the year and gained seven points from a possible nine, which will be encouraging for Sam Allardyce in his quest to finish in the top half of the Premier League table this season.

The match is scheduled for Monday, 25 February, 20:00 GMT at Upton Park.

QPR contain Hotspur in a goalless draw

What a match - if QPR from the rock bottom of the points table can contain the third placed Tottenham from scoring, it is a big achievement.

And this is what it was when the two met Saturday. If QPR could not score - that wasn't any news as what could you expect from a team sitting nat the 20th position on the points table.

But when their defenders spoiled every effort by the Spurs and left them goalless against them when the final whistle blew, that was a news making whistle as it left Hotspur high and dry without a goal against QPR.

-->

As Mail Online reports:
From time to time they would go through some counter-attacking motions, and in the 11th minute Shaun Wright-Phillips actually forced a drive which was deflected for a corner.
But, by and large they simply lined up behind the ball, denied Spurs their essential space and placed survival at the top of their priorities.
In fairness, they were exceedingly efficient. The defenders understood their roles, while in midfield the strength of Stephane Mbia was constantly influential.

Watch Live Tottenham Hotspur vs Queens Park Rangers Free Streaming | Premier League - 12 January 2013

Third placed Tottenhjam Hotspurs on the Premier League points table meet the QPR, the rock bottom team of the Premier League Saturday afternoon today at Loftus Road.

The news for today's match are that QPR defender Ryan Nelsen, formerly at Spurs, will play in Saturday's clash with his previous club Tottenham.

Although the Spurs are favouite for today's match but playing with QPR can be dangerous as well. Remember QPR stunned Chelsea last time out in the league and could prise themselves from the foot of the table with a point.

However, the Hotspur are in form and shape for having won seven of their nine Premier League matches and having clinched the thrid slot form Chelsea at the points table, they would not like any slips to allow the Blues up.

The possible opposing squads for Saturday's match are:
QPR: Cerny, Green, Murphy, Park, Ferdinand, Ben Haim, Ephraim, Bothroyd, Faurlín, Ehmer, Campbell, Cissé, Doughty

Tottenham Hotspur:  Friedel, Gomes, Huddlestone, Adebayor, Naughton, Sigurdsson, Falqué, Livermore, Sandro, Townsend, Caulker

Referee Lee Probert

The match is scheduled for Saturday 12 January, 12:45 GMT at Loftus Road.

Watch Live Tottenham Hotspur vs Reading Free Streaming | Premier League - New Year Day: 1 January 2013

Seven matches are scheduled under the banner of Barclays Premier League on the first day of the new year Tuesday, 1 January 2013.

Of one of these matches 4th placed Tottenham Hotspur host 19th placed Reading at White Hart Lane Tuesday afternoon today.

The Spurs are getting into good form for they have lost just once of their last 11 matches and are coming off a good shellacking of Aston Villa away and a win at Sunderland.

As for the Royals, they are fighting for their lives at the wrong end of the Premier League and responded to that situation with a 1-0 win against West Ham on Saturday.

The Royals are still in the relegation zone and have not won away all season and need to win over the Hotspur to show their form.

The possible opposing XIs are  as under:
Tottenham (Possible, 4-4-2): Lloris; Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Naughton; Lennon, Parker, Dembélé, Dempsey; Defoe, Adebayor.

Reading (Possible, 4-2-3-1): Federici; Gunter, Pearce, Mariappa, Harte; Karacan, Leigertwood; Kébé, Guthrie, McAnuff; Pogrebnyak.

Aston Villa vs Tottenham Hotspur: Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League - Boxing Day 26 December

The ninth match of the Boxing Day today is being played between the Tottenham Hotspur sitting at the 6th position with 30 points and Aston Villa from the bottom fourth at 16th position with 18 points at the Villa Park.

Aston Villa has had a bad punching recently when they were mauled by Chelsea 8-0 on Sunday and it will be their earnest desire to regain their lost grounds and give a real tough time to Hotspur when they visit Villa Park Wednesday evening today.

Prior to Sunday’s defeat at Stamford Bridge, Villa appeared to have found their feet, having strung together a six-match unbeaten run. However, the manner in which that sequence was ended at the weekend must cast a shadow over Villa’s prospects in this match.

As for the Spurs, they have won four in five going into the Christmas fixtures, but drew 0-0 with Stoke on Saturday to slip back into a group of four teams on 30 points - all eyeing a top-four finish this season. No team in the top half of the table has lost more games than Spurs this season (four), and manager Andre Villas-Boas knows Wednesday's match will be another tough 90 minutes.

The possible teams facing each other today are:
Aston Villa (Possible, 4-4-1-1): Guzan; Baker, Herd, Clark, Lichaj; Lowton, Bannan, Holman, Westwood; Weimann; Benteke.

Tottenham (Possible, 4-4-2): Lloris; Walker, Dawson, Caulker, Vertonghen; Lennon, Dembélé, Parker, Bale; Adebayor, Defoe.

Referee: Mark Clattenburg (Matches 9, R4 Y34)

The match is scheduled for Wednesday, 26 December 2012, 17:30 GMT at Villa Park.

Tottenham Hotspur vs West Ham United: Watch Live Free Streaming | Premier League: 25 November

West Ham, placed at no 7 on the points table with 19 points, visit White Hart Lane to meet the waiting Tottenham Hotspur, sitting a notch below with 17 points, Sunday afternoon today.

Hotspur, though havent played well in their last two matches against Chelsea and Arsenal, have nothing much to worry about the visitors as they have failed to score at White Hart Lane in five successive visits dating back to 2005 and have not won there since 1999.

West Ham too have no reason to show any anxiety as Spurs have lost three matches in succession. The Hammers have showed  battling qualities to come from a goal down to force a 1-1 draw with Stoke City on Monday night and Sam Allardyce’s men will be hoping to add to their points tally when they travel to White Hart Lane to face an out-of-sorts Tottenham.

As for their performance and prospects, Sam Allardyce of West Ham says: "We know we are in a very good position but this run of fixtures could cause us a few problems. I think we will play well and I do not think we will let ourselves down but we could play our best in the next four games and lose all four. If Tottenham, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are all at their best then it is going to be very difficult for us."

Probable team lineup:
Tottenham (Possible, 4-4-1-1): Lloris; Walker, Gallas, Vertonghen, Naughton; Lennon, Huddlestone, Sandro, Bale; Dempsey; Defoe.

West Ham United (Possible, 4-2-3-1): Jaaskelainen; O’Brien, Reid, Tomkins, McCartney; Noble, Diame; O’Neill, Nolan, Jarvis; Carroll.

Referee: Andre Marriner

The match is scheduled for Sunday, 25  November 2012 at 16:00 at White Hart Lane.

UEFA Champions League: Watch Maribor vs Tottenham Hotspur Live Free Streaming | 25 October

In the UEFA Champion League ongoing spell of matches, Maribor plays against the Tottenham Hotspur Thursday evening today.

Maribor is currently placed 2nd in the group having secured three points from their opening two matches.

On a shade lower, Tottenham Hotspur occupies 3rd place in the group table after two drawn matches. It may be remembered that Tottenham had a 0-0 draw at White Hart Lane against Lazio and a 1-1 draw away against Panathinaikos.

If Hotspur win today, they will be better placed to qualify through to the next stage of the tournament.

So who would win this evening?  Well nothing can be predicted but if purely going by the matches played so far, Hotspur have a better winning prospects as they have won three, lost one and drawn one of the last five matches played  while Maribor have won three and lost two matches. This factor alone gives a slight margin to the Hotspur over Maribor - but like I said anything can happen on the field.

So let us watch this match scheduled for Thursday, 25 October 2012 at 17:00 GMT.

Chelsea Routs Spurs to play FA Cup Final with Liverpool

Those who saw the FA Cup semifinal between the Spurs and the Blues, will remember it for times to come. While people were expecting Chelsea to win over the Spurs, no one thought the Blues will rout the Spurs to march into the final, to be played next month.

Taking the lead Chelsea had their first goal - but their second by Juan Mata became controversial as some believe that the ball did not cross the goal line - but the mayhem at the goal post resulted into goal given by the referee Martin Atkinson.

The goals were scored by Drogba 43′, second goal by Mata 49′, third goal for Spurs by Bale 56′, followed by three more goals by the Blues: Ramires 77′, Lampard 81' and Malouda in the 90th minute -and Chelsea won by 5-1. What a fine match and what a rout for the Spurs.

Chelsea now meets Liverpool which has already qualified for the final by beating Everton 2-1.

Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea: FA Cup Second Semi Final - 15 April Watch Live Online

Saturday was a busy football day. The fans had their full as there were in-numerous matches being played, speically some which included giants like Barcelona, Manchester City, Liverpool, Real Madrid, AC Milan and many more. And the worst defeat on Saturday was that of Norwich, which was simply routed and mauled at the hands of the Citizens 6-1.

Talking of the FA Cup, the first semi final was played between the Liverpool and the Everton. It was almost a 1-1 draw till in the 87th minute Carroll struck and shot the winning goal for the Liverpool to take his team to the final of the FA Cup, that gets played in May, next month.

In the second semi final, Spurs, who won the last of their eight FA Cups in 1991, face Chelsea  on Sunday. For the Spurs, this match is very crucial as a win today can bring an end to Spurs' 21-year wait for FA Cup glory this season. Although, the Spurs have tried their best to regain the loss n the dry 22 years, they could only made it to the semis five times without reaching a final, losing to Arsenal twice (1993 and 2001), Everton (1995) Newcastle (1999) and Portsmouth (2010).

As for Chelsea, they have won the FA Cup five times and lost two finals. The resent FA Cup off a huge week for the Chelsea this season, with their Champions League match against hot-favorites Barcelona to come later in the week. A win here would surely have them in high spirits heading into that match.

The likely XIs from both sides may inlcude:

Tottenham: Friedel; Walker, Gallas, Nelsen, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Modric, Parker, Bale; Van Der Vaart; Adebayor.

Chelsea: Cech; Bosingwa, Terry, Cahill, Cole; Mikel, Lampard; Ramires, Mata, Sturridge; Drogba.
* Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic, who has scored four goals in his last seven games, is suspended having had a three-game ban, for an alleged punch on Wigan's Shaun Maloney, upheld by the Football Association.

And the winner of the second semi final is!! Well too early to say as it is the first time the Spurs and Chelsea are meeting in the FA Cup semi final. Of the other times eight they met has been a draw, both having won four matches each. Three of the last four timeshave ended in draws. But in two of the four occasions they have met, Spurs have taken the trophy. So make a guess who wighs heavily Sunday when the two meet for their first encounter of FA Cup semi.

The match is scheduled at Wembley Stadium on Sunday April 15 2012, kick-off Time 18:00 BST.

Watch Sunderland vs Tottenham Hotspur Live Stream Online Free: Saturday 7 April

In the on going matches of the Champions League, Sunderland hosts Tottenham Hotspurs at the Stadium of Light Saturday, april 7 2012.
Who wins is a matter of chance and luck - but a third place finish is more attractive for Hotspurs since the fourth place team in England could technically get knocked out of the Champions League if Chelsea manages to win the European trophy this season and finish outside if the top four.
If Chelsea happened to place fifth in the league and win the Champions League then the fourth place team would lose its European spot since England is only allowed four Champions League entrants.
The probable XIs from opposing sides may include:
Sunderland: Mignolet; Bardsley, Kilgallon, Turner, Richardson; Larsson, Cattermole, Vaughan, McClean; Sessegnon, Bendtner.
Tottenham: Friedel; Walker, Gallas, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Parker, Modric, Bale; Van der Vaart; Adebayor.

England - FA Cup: Tottenham Hotspur- Stevenage 7 March [Links for Free Live Streaming]

Tonight is going to be fun!! The Hotspurs taking on the Stevenage. For the fans, the Hotspurs are the big favourites and if they win tonight, they have a place for them in the quarterfinals of the FA Cup.

In fact, FA Cup is now Hotspurs’ only chance of a trophy this season. And it is expected of them to show something professional to the fans and to the Stevenage unless they have something else on there minds. But could there be anything else other than winning tonight?

Well the Hotspurs have a chance of life time. With Manchester City, Manchester United and Arsenal already out, and a home tie with Bolton awaiting the winner of this game, it would be a major shock if  Spurs fail to tame the Stevenage.

Therefore, the Hotspurs are speculated to field a rather strong team for their crucial match this evening. Scott Parker, who is back from suspension, is likely to be there besides William Gallas who have been away for the last two months with a calf injury.

As for Stevenage, they haven’t conceded a goal in their five FA Cup matches this season. They have not won any of their last five games in all comps, drawing three and losing two. While in eight matches between Hotspurs and Stevenage, neither Spurs nor Stevenage have conceded an FA Cup goal this season.

Let us all watch the match tonight and find out how Hotspurs make a way to quarters or how Stevenage stand in between their dream of doing so.

EPL: Liverpool FC vs Tottenham Hotspur 6 Feb - Free Live Streaming

Liverpool and Tottenham are going to meet at Anfield tonight at 8: 00 PM GMT in the ongoing series of English Premiere League matches.

Liverpool remembers last September when they were roughed up by the Hotspurs at White Hart Lane 0-4. Today thus makes an important day for the Reds to make amends and prevail upon the Hotspurs. In fact tonight's game should be a testing of Reds' mettle and future in EPL as well.

Hotspurs have had a high profile profile since September last and  are presently at number three notch. This no doubt makes them a strong contender for winning the EPL Champion 2012 title.

On the other hand the Reds aren't in their high profile since September last and Monday's win will definitely will be a much sought out option - and dream as well. The return of Suarez, banned for eight games, is clear to play and if he joins the Reds, there could be sigh of relief and hope as well.

For Monday's match, the Hotspurs are carrying lot of injuries and may be handicapped in many aspects. It remains to be seen what does attack by Gareth Bale do for his team.

So let us all wait and see how the two clash each other and with how much vigour - for Reds it is time to take a revenge - for Hotspurs it is a matter of prestige to win over the reds and continue to shine in EPL.
